First time at your webinar. And pleasantly surprised)) Usually at such free webinars they give very superficial information, you sit and think "why am I wasting time on this at all". But today it was mega-useful, because the speakers told everything to the point, exactly what I wanted to know. We have been trying (not very actively) to launch a corporate store for a year now, and the main blocker was precisely the difficulties with thinking through the economy and currency conversion. Here I got tips, wrote everything down for myself and, I think, the recording of the webinar will be my cheat sheet)) Thank you very much to the organizers and speakers!

Great speakers, I liked that there was no fluff. Everything was clear and to the point, it was cool that there were metrics and specific figures on the implementation of the project. As a "techie", I didn't have enough technical meat, it would have been interesting to learn about the processes that happen "behind the scenes" of the project for the user. How are chatbots administered, how do you take into account the results, plan budgets, send/deliver gifts, what do you improve in your projects based on feedback, etc.

This is not the first time I've watched webinars from SteekPeek! Super useful and always positive) Thank you. Gamification was developed in the company ourselves, "on the knee," without a budget. It has been in effect since March. We handed out booklets and give out coins in the form of stickers (collect them on a frying pan). And now the time has come to ask the management for money for automation, since we spend 1-2 hours a day issuing coins and keeping records in a table. Webinars provide an arsenal of ideas on how to present its relevance/usefulness/necessity to managers, what metrics to use and what else should be added.

It was useful to look at the "insides" of motivational programs, there are different (both positive and sharply negative) experiences of failures with them in different companies, not everyone succeeds the first time. If there is a repeat webinar from Evgenia, I will be glad to listen to the professionals.
